Usually people who purchase condos in this range, are ready to settle down for the rest of their lives, and don’t want to hassle with the extra work and yard care – but they may have you tend to your own small plot. These will be retirement villages with all the extras, and typically a retirement community that is very social. If the condo is not part of a retirement village, then it is probably one of the nicest condos or townhouse that you have ever seen.
